I wouldn't worry about this one too much. Great company, great location, great assets. This is about as good as it gets.
It is worth more than what we are thinking. I will take what the Board thinks . They know better than me. I feel an offer coming on. The trades seem to point towards it. ( not that I know anything about charting ). But in the last few weeks there has been a persistent buyer of around $60,000 per day. AS I said I ain't no trader/chartist.
This is important to several parties. Hold on guys. Let the weak sell. ( pick up a few on the bottom if you want )

To be honest I really don't know how this will go. At the moment I am 65/35 on a satisfactory outcome.
Who knows? To be honest again, this company is worth a lot more in 2013/14/15 etc.etc.
This is a quality company. We just have to stand our ground.
