First company is not going bankrupt
Second if hostile takeover, all non essential staff will be cut including the Board Chairman. Why not do that now.
Third, they have screwed up the higher cost less costly Chinese graphite producers.
Fourth, they control the market price and need to get it fixed above their cost. Not brain surgery.
