S32, WES, Glencore, Lyc or a Chinese entity could also be prospective suitors.
1.50 would be a huge discounted price
$2.50- $3 would be a fair value
even at a fair price- there's plenty of uptick. Graphite/Graphene is going to a huge resource and SYR share price could get back to $6 if management knew what they were doing. The acquirer knows this and will strike while the sp is at bargain basement prices
