From a financial viewpoint I like the idea of CFE buying back these shares at the current very (compared to previous buybacks) low price. On the other hand I like the idea of a single shareholder owning a significant % of CFE shares who is not a buddy of TS & the board.
TS is more exposed to a SH revolt than ever & at the very least I would hope the liquidators, if they still hold the shares, vote against the remuneration schedule at the AGM.
