Anything is possible. We have seen several chinese controlled outfits just disappear.
But RFT is a bit different.
# It is not domiciled in China.
# Pudu is an Australian investment compay , not based in China.
# Pudu holds only 15%....Not large enough to take it private.
# We don't know if the old directors are still holding....The annual report will be an interesting read.
# So far, it is still financially sound & modestly profitable & is trading at 60% to NTA.
# In the Dec half its balance sheet was quite robust, with current ratio 2.5....Nothing to suggest insolvency.
The problen is that the market is kept completely in the dark with no communication from "Chairman's boy"
