This is a totally misinformed comment and is one of the points NDO has been making about this oil fairway for years.
The number of wells drilled in the fairway is negligible in terms of how many would be drilled on a proven fairway in other parts of the world...and on top of that, the ratio that turned up oil, gas or shows is right up there with the best of them.

Also, for a large part of that 30yrs you refer to, there was very little to no activity at all due to the very unfavourable fiscal regime toward foreign investment in the Philippines oil patch.

SC55 for OEL has never even seen a drill bit come near it, so that rules out the fine toothcomb bit by itself.

If by any chance you can't come to grips with the above comments, try this from your own post...
