Who will be keep selling PDN now?
The big guys like UBS just accumulate a lots in the 50s cents range (e.g. bought from Newmount). They won't sell at a lost that quick. Mind you they have inside information too.
The shorters still hold about 9.4% of the total shares. I doubt if they want to increase their short holding.
Only the panic investors will sell now..........
