NSL is too small and is reliant on Indian steel mills.
I think AGO is more of a possibility for either BHP and RIO but strategy wise, they would not want to encourage consolidation as others such as FMG and Vale still struggle and could receive benefits should BHP and/ or RIO start a consolidation vanity binge.
