I think a takeover would come once FMG pay down more of their debt, possibly sometime next year once the commodity boom really takes off or once Roy Hill is up and running, In the meantime may get a low ball offer coming from MIN as was noted in the media last week there on the acquisition trail and are "known for being bottom feeders".

Last year n half we saw ARI/BCI & MGX loved by the market, This could now be the turnaround story of the year, They have already done the hard yards, i.e. mines capex, and can now reap the rewards of higher volumes and minimal expense, The market has taken note and i think AGO will now outperform ARI/MGX/BCI.
As Ken Brinsden noted "FY15 will mark a turning point in Atlas"
