In my humble opinion...
Again, we can't look at the recent drops in CFR's share price solely focused on the company alone. We need to look at it in the context of the whole market. ASX and DOW has seen substantial drops, and we've seen ASX drop below 5000 points after a long time.
Now, CFR was probably due for a short retracement particularly after seeing a 2.6c high and no announcement yet regarding what everyone is hoping for. The retracement however, was likely to be substantially exacerbated by the market conditions that prevailed. There have been substantial SP drops across the board from blue chips to speccies.
We're seeing the markets recover now, and CFR is creeping up alongside it.
Fundamentally, the company hasn't changed in the short term or long term. It seems like overall investor sentiment has not changed either considering the CFR share price is behaving fairly predictably if you look at it in context.
Personally, I think pending a positive announcement (which previous information shows it would most likely be), or perhaps even anticipation of it, we will see our darling climb back up.
