Procurement" was one of the other obscure points - yes? I'm not sure of the relevance of that term to the Jayplus / Talico announcement / deal?
Simply, I was just curious as to whether you were merely posturing or, whether you had some substance to your points in your earlier post? Frankly, I find the feigned indignation of your subsequent post to be no more convincing than its predecessor.

Yep ... it might work as a good trade. There seems to be some energy around this and that's always good for a quick in and out. Still, it could backfire. I am not a very good trader.
Longer term, I do sit back and think, '
why would Jayplus investors throw 5m at TV2?' Either, I am missing something that is key or, others are!
