It appears that Telstra is actually a Quasi Private Company under the guise off being a Public Company. Basically controlled by the Top20 and some who are rewarded and go thru similar criteria to achieve their own rewards. Are they likely to vote against members when the "Institute of Directors" have created an upward spiralling reward system. On a rare occasions they turn on their fellow members if there performance is extremely poor.
It is time to get ASIC to identify members in the Custodians and Nominee’s company and confirm that that each individual received the right to vote as individuals
This should happen prior to any AGM voting.
