    Hi Dave

"Sex between Ministers and their staff to be banned.
Excuse me but who will police this brilliant new directive?
What evidence will be required to prosecute an alleged case?
Labor need to ask Turnbull for all these details in question time tomorrow."

Why is every body getting their knickers in a knot about this? I am surprised that it is not law already.
As far as I know most companies have these rules in place also. And they are there for very good reasons. As the saying goes, justice must be "seen". What do you think the rest of the staff think when a fellow employee who is sleeping with the boss gets a promotion or bigger pay rise?
What are we thinking about Joyce's friend being given two highly paid jobs in front of other candidates? Her ability to the work or her ability to do Joyce?

Come on, we are all adults here. The ruling is not about the sex. It is about bringing the government in line with the corporate world. We will never stop the sex, but at least then if the it comes out, then there will be no more lame excuses like "she was not my partner". And for that statement, they should all be horse whipped.

    Pear
