The railway to Mayoko already exists. This is the railway that exported 3Mtpa of maganese for 30 years.
Same railway that connects the existing port of Pointe Noire to Equatorial's mayoko project (now a royalty interest).
To be first you would need to go back to 1950.
I think it is more than 600km btw.
