After the resignation of MD Malcolm Macpherson, Iluka
announced the new MD must be aggressive and with
experience in TAKEOVER activities. In May 2002 Mike
Folwell was appointed, he has already put Basin
Minerials in his stable.At the time BMS share price was
trading around 90cents and ILU offered $2.10. At a
handsome profit to shareholders.My question is.......
