    The Colt deal is not/not yet definite and that is widely understood. In fact, its the source of some angst.

    That said, CJS's answer is the most definite answer there currently is to your question.

    Indeed, in part, this is the reason why you can buy these babies at 0.02/0.03 cents.

    No promises here, and nobody is saying there is......
