In qld, if it ain't govt owned, it don't matter. The state govt rape every cent from energex and ergon, hence upkeep stays below par, this is falling away in recent years. It's becoming dejavu all over again when this rubbish peaked and was set upon by media in the blackouts back in the beattie era..not only was that govt taking out every cent, but they were taking out estimated future profits in order to balance the books.
