Interesting article in todays AFR -bodes well for NDO..
"China Petroleum and Chemical Corp,(Sinopec) Asias biggest refiner( supplying 80%), plans rapid expansion to secure oil supplies as the nations recovery spurs fuel demand.Given a Govt directive, Sinopec will invest in oil and gas fields overseas...reducing its reliance on other oil producers like Shell and Exxon.
