I have a question that I am happy to ask myself if I get the chance.
It concerns Directors Performance Bonuses.
Q: What are the KPI's (key performance indicators) used in order to determine whether directors should qualify for bonuses? Is shareholder value ( ie: share price ) one of main determinants?
If time permits I would like to know how the northern Chinguetti wells were (quote from West Australian today) "drilled in the wrong place"? Does this demonsrate a lack in compentancy with the project geologists?
