IMO,
Some very valid points but there may be a lot of holders who have bought in from 2c -10c or so who have been waiting to sell on any news or may see this as a perfect opportunity
The CR and options may be a drain on share price rising in short term if volumes are not huge - most mining specs are getting smashed at present with dow falling 10%
Bottom line there are a lot of holders sitting on good profits at 12c
Agree that not likely placement holders dumping at 12c or below - but may dump at 13c or above
