After giving it some thought, I think this is a worthwhile thread.
If an offer was dropped tomorrow the threads would get spammed with a tonne of uprampers and downrampers so it would be difficult to have a meaningful discussion on here.
By asking now people can also think with their heads instead of just their emotions.
It's worthwhile noting that voting would also be one of the few times all shareholders could have an impact on the decision (whereas they aren't involved in choosing who the new CEO will be).
However, I don't think you need to defend yourself when you post more quality research in one day than most do in a year.
As with most who commented on here my votes with Peter.
