We have no real revenue as yet. We have no guarantees of revenue deals in place. We have no idea of the terms of agreements these future deals might have.

You want us to assess a future of a t/o offer based on what?

I very much suspect that no such takeover is going to happens soon. However

But I have three scenarios to put to you now.

* Current price 0.665 T/O offer is made at $2 would you accept

* deals are made current SP 1.50 . T/O offer is made at $4 would you accept

* Incoming revenue current SP 3.50. T/O offer at $10 would you accept.

Where do you draw the line.
