    Big ann re stimulus coming at 12.30pm NSW time. My guess is public transport especially rail will get a decent slab along with ports. The way Downer (DOW) has leapt these past few days indicates this is likely.

    So who will benefit most? I reckon: DOW UGL LEI TSE are front runners. Water conservation/distribution will also be a winner.
