DannyBiggs sometimes courts determine that rules designed to protect a business are not reasonable.

Just like the right of an ASX listed company to have a right of appeal may also be determined as unreasonable.

A classic signing of a waiver of rights to any claim for negligence against a business - these are literally worthless in a court - If your business has been negligent and someone has incurred injury as a result of negligence no signed waiver is going to protect that business from a successful claim for damages.

A company maybe able to be suspended but a permanent suspension or delisting after evidence shows no major issues then maybe determined by a court as unreasonable.

The court will decide but I’m putting my money on the suspension being lifted.
