It appears that it is NOW or never with Arrow taking over BOW.
Apparently "AFR suggests that the window for the successful takeover of Bow Energy by Arrow Energy may be closing with both parties yet to hold direct talks. The paper adds that while Arrow could potentially take its bid straight to Bow?s shareholders, it has ruled out coming back for Bow at a later time. The urgency for Arrow stems from the fact that it needs to make a decision on the size and scale of its LNG project in Gladstone as quickly as possible."
Could be a good thing. Arrow wants/needs BOW and if they can agree on a price it looks like it is a done deal. Lucky we have good management that knows if it is a good deal for BOW.
