Finalising things by a certain date does not necessarily mean it's guaranteed to be done by that date. Besides, the company never set a date. All they commented on was somewhere along the lines of "We'd like to have it done by...."

Do you know the details of the deal? NO

Do you know the complexities of the deal? NO

Do you know how much back and forth between parties happens during negotiations? NO

Anyone who expects the deal to be all wrapped without knowing answers to the above is quite unrealistic.

Lastly, a few facts about AT's negotiation skills which you doubt:

Did he remove all debt and turn this company around? YES

Did he turn this company into a lithium producer that pulls in ~100 Million a year? YES

Did he recently pull off the sale of some untapped SDV tenements for 280 Million cash which will beef up the company's cash position when it rolls in? YES

Is the company cash flow positive and has zero debt? YES

Based on the above, most people would say he's kicking goals.

It's even more hilarious how desperate posters on this forum try and cling on to any strand of negativity they can create without much consideration for facts.
