Correct Rolla....I was asking about any complications that could arise from other stakeholders or creditors of Erin's and Cath basically cut me short, looked me in the eyes and said " it's ours"..... needless to say I did not pursue that line of questioning.
Meaning, of course, that nobody else can have an over riding claim to that 20%.
