Looking at average oil price over last quarter seems similar to previous, so l expect the report due at the end of this month to show similar revenue and net debt around US$4M.
If average over this quarter is higher then good chance of no net debt by the end of the year.
Which is also the target date for the disput hearing... and when gas sales end.
I'm keen to understand if the annual earn out fee is only applicable if oil price remains above US$50/bbl for the whole year, does anyone know?
