yes who would have thought Woodie would be so incompetant as to not really care about designing Chinguetti and managing risk adequately, even though it's their first o/s operated development and represents a reasonable proportion of their oil revenue(a great deal if it actually worked as it was supposed to).
Without Woodie's gross negligence HDR would be way above 2.50, I could live with that even if ROC and many other oilers have passed them.
