The days of pushing around the subbies are coming to an end. Anybody here who thinks reverse factoring isn't a sign of looming problems at CIMIC must not understand what reverse factoring ACTUALLY is.
It does not matter how may govt projects CIMIC says they are winning/bidding for if they don't start changing how they pay their supply chain no more gov cheese for those Spaniards.
How can you say CIMIC is in a good position to bounce back when it hasn't even bottomed out yet.
