i'm thinking these are just dumb people selling under 5cents. value of like $700!!! oh well.. i will be averaging. think about it, everyone needs a place to live, and do business. give it a year or two when we're out of this and she'll be up again .. good team, good fundamentals. only thing is credit is expensive to finance, so margins lower... but eventually we should see this baby climb. we dont have the same probs as america.
