you have to remember that PDN is a producer, they are starting to deliver in march or early april, smm is not. ERA shares being a producer are about $25.--, this does not mean PDN will climb to that amount once they deliver, but the scope for PDN to rise to a very much higher level is more evident than SMM going to $10 or so in 12 months....one needs to be flexible here with ones thinking, of few cents more or less dont matter in the deal, the t/o is from a PRODUCER PDN......also PDN already own 50% of PDN. that is my humble opinion..........i hold PDN and this t/o has detrimentally affected my sp atm. ofcourse now is a good time to buy more PDN......and DYL.....
