    I personally find this offer of 1-4 at 16c a dull offer and who would take up such a offer?

    You could buy on market at 16c or less if you wanted so need need to fill forms in and send cheques.

    I cant see this raising the money they were wanting. The directors may feel obligated to buy but the public wont be interested.
