(international date line is east of the east coast of Australia)
flying east is very different to flying west to ME and Europe.
The subject is ME peace deal/hostages.
Qatar is a broker in the peace talks.
I have a membership of the Qatar air club (a lowly silver in Privilege Air); often use Turkye as they are very good too.
In Istanbul, the hotels and food choices are endless.
In Doha, the choices are fewer,
The hotels are OK (haven't been able to stay )
but the upper floor at the airport has great diniing.
Hamas leaders live in Doha in the hotels, living a life of luxury on international (UN)
aid
The obvious
Israel is a short flight from the Hamas dirtbags in luxury hotels.
There is bugger all defence in Qatar against a SWAT team by any other name.
If a deal is done/not done or if the hostages have been raped/murdered
The good ole hamas leaders will know their entrails could be hanging on the rail
