    With 255 mill shares on issue, a notice is required for a holding of over 12.5 mill, which is quite a lot.
    From last year's Top 20 it looks as though interests associated with former directors have in excess of 11 million shares, so some of them might be selling.
    At 15c I think they're still good value.
