well, I bought 200,000 at 11 cents, and expect that they may finished down today, just because the market is down over 2%. Will probably double my holding later in the day at 10.0 or 10.5.

But I am not going to complain about the irrationality of the market - it is only because shares get oversold and overbought that there are opportunities to make money!

As for the question of operating costs, DYOR. But BUR's wells are onshore, and near infrastructure. And whether a well is producing 2 million cubic feet per day, or 9 million, the costs are much the same...the only difference is the margin on the top.
