Well, its something to take a breath on. Interesting they wish to maintain the services of Bevan and remove the remaining three. There's also talk about how they intend on having a whole of business approach. I just wonder what may or may not come out of that. All I can say is watch this space, and hang on.
The last 249 saw about 1.6 Billion shares for the current Board and about 600 Million against. How many shares did ERM have at that time, how many do they have now? This could be a close call.....
