Be interesting to see what their plans are for Craig Marshall's future. He's about the only one who has received any "shareholder (make that option holder) value" for years. Great move by ERM and should be fully supported to the maximum by existing shareholders. Might even buy back in myself as I agree with ERM that EGO "could" have a great future if managed properly and hopefully, the first thing they do is to do a massive capital reconstruction. Those expecting a jump in the S.P. just remember that the company's market cap is already over $100 million. Will need to do more than change the board to move the S.P. with such an existing market cap. Good luck to the faithful, you deserve a lucky break after what you have put up with over the last couple of years.
