Why cant people read simple announcements?

Where all of a sudden did BBY's 50 mill extra shares come from?

BBY HAVE ALREADY been allocated 20.9 mill shares, we received their money on 8th of May, they have the shares as from the 9th of May, and they have now been trading them for 8 days. (BBY had their shares on the 12th of May.)

There is no 50 mill shares to BBY, and there will be no vote on allocations them. BBY have there 20.9 mill already and can do what they want with them. End of story, its all done.

There is an EGM on 19/06 to vote on the spp, so the rest of us suckers can apply for around 14,000 shares each.
