with overlapping directors
overlapping cornerstone shareholders
the same boutique investment banker
suggestive broker data months prior to the deal
suggestive shareholders movements in the year prior
with official releases a mess of inconsistent dates and coincidental ownership ratios.
Now look... 2.9c and an offer for 60% less AVA.
Clever managers? I guess it depends from which side your looking.
