Yes Cass - nice thoughts but agree - appears to have been a pump test only. However the good news imo is that they have, for the first time, diverted water into Pond 1, so this definitely infers to me they are preparing for future action.....
Here's two shots of the 4th Jan sat pass from Sentinel - the first is 'True Colour' and the second ' Moisture Index'.
It's also good news the pumps are still actually working - they have been sitting idle for the best part of the last 12 months, in sea water no less, so lets hope they have not been compromised by the 'inactivity'.
