there is a saying I remember well, it is, 'When someone screws you once, its their fault, if they screw you a second time, its your fault"

Meaning his sweetheart deal with Am and Bazza left me feeling screwed, I would not trust him a second time.

He kept pushing the takeover deal, even when it was obvious it was a dead duck, if he had had the integrity to leave gracefully with a minimal handout, even after having screwed up, he could possibly still have been perceived as a great CEO.

Now, his credibility is shot, he will be thought of as the money grubbing ex CEO deserting the sinking ship.

He may or may not be a great manager but having been a shareholder for many years I feel distinctly burned by this man, I would not trust him again.
