Agree Lapdog, and there's no point looking back now anyway. I would make this point however:

If OH was still MD:
(1) This would not have happened.
(2) He would be working the journos to death with positive spin - all day and right now.
(3) When resolved, the announcement would be chock-a-block full of positive supporting info, including where the long term refinancing negotiations are at, update on PH, etc.
(4) Immediately after release of that announcement, and if possible before the stock traded again, he would have a conference call to comprehensively explain everything and reassure investors, press and analysts.
(5) His comments (and thus reasssurance) would be widely reported.

I am looking forward to how this matter will be treated by MM on Tuesday. I strongly suspect he thinks a regular release to the stock exchange will suffice. It won't.
