Unbelievable that this dodgy old dinosaur director, despite huge shareholder's objections to OH's $8 million payout, ignored shareholders wishes and still doggedly went ahead with it, these people live in the past, the old boys club day's are finished, I found this obviously pre arranged payment obnoxious, this director should hang his head in shame. I expect him to attempt a similar self enrichment scheme before shareholders finally sack him for such an abysmal display of pure incompetance.
