One needs to look at Mr B's CV. Tough litigious fellow from a long established & respected family. As far as I know he's not lending the company any money....most of his transactions are on-market and very transparent.....he owns a pile of stock & is buying more. As long as this keeps going the company is unlikely to fail. I'm only guessing but perhaps he too thinks this is a $2 stock. I own a home in LA and I can attest to people's love for sugary crap. Everyone in LA, including supposedly educated people, is/are doped up to the eyeballs most weekends, perhaps they get the munchies...this candy concept could work well in America but not so in Australia. I'd happily buy the stock but can't eat the stuff they sell.
