re: whois capping- strong close Maggiet, Pratt could very well be doing it he has bought over 21 million shares from the last count but there appears to be some stealth trading occuring which you tend to see financials playing at that game. There are a lot of potential players who would like to own or control one of the biggest non bank ATM companies listed on the bourse.
