All due respect to the previous CEO - The introduction of new management is a fantastic step forward for the company. You cannot expect a mechanic who builds cars in the Formula 1 to also be the best driver in the Formula 1. I'm not a fan of car racing but thought it was a good statement. The new CEO will adapt and develop the mine into a masterpiece, and one day ABM Resources may be taken over or join the feats of Northern Star Resources! Every company starts the race somewhere and as of this Quarterly we've officially started the race. It's debatable at this point in time the course of action for other members of management.
