Great to see that URF looks likely to be sold shortly.
They've reference exclusive DD with one party and then referenced a 10% discount to Book Value. Seems to imply pricing for the whole portfolio around 56 cents or so.
Watching the video and reading the annual report also suggests an urgency to get this thing done as quickly as possible.
