Quick summary of video presentation that caught my eye...

Pfizer deal - therapeutic vaccine against an inflammatory target - Phylogica totally nailed this one, they delivered exactly what Pfizer wanted and now, and they have PYC's peptides in Animal Studies, with a view to exercising their license this year. Very big milestone for Phylogica.

Janssen deal - Largest upfront to date. Potentially many options to expand, J&J could be funding Phylogica for up to five years under the current collaboration.

Another couple of deals this financial year and Phylogica are on track to achieve this. Nick said the next one is pretty close to getting over the line and they're now talking to more mid-tier companies as well.

Finacial aspect - revenue now on track to doubling for FY12 i.e., $5 mil and their cost base is very static i.e, around $7mil. Cash in bank a little over $4mil and is enough to take Phylogica through to sustainability in the next 12 to 18 months.

News flow wise - difficult to give guidance on deal doing, but comfortable with guidance to date. New Pharma deals taking place and potential deal expansion with Janssen and significant milestones on Phylogica's other collaborations.

Phylogica are now on a very steep curve from a commercialization aspect and are looking to breakthrough into cash sustainability in the not to distant future.

Phylogica - now talking to existing partners as well as new partners about some much larger collaborations which really ties closely with these companies with potentially a view to a trade sale, which Phylogica have always cited for a potential exit for shareholders.

Note - this is now the second time a trade sale has been mentioned in presentations.
