Their facebook likes are currently 1981 ( 1815 on the 5th May). Obviously it's not quite as good as knowing actual subscriber numbers but it backs up what Mike Veverka has said about big jackpots driving subscriber growth.
don't think they have any smartphone aps, just a smartphone friendly version of their site: m.ozlotteries.com
